In her welcoming speech, Dr. Sybill Storz confided that since joining her parents' company, the presentation of products to the outside world and its continuous improvement has been her "hobby." She explained that she was therefore particularly excited about the new Visitor Centre, which represents an avenue for customers to examine the entire KARL STORZ product portfolio, its advantages and its quality in detail. "I am so delighted that this Visitor Centre was completed within less than seven months. The schedule was obviously very ambitious. Today, we are able to present the completed construction project thanks to many loyal partners who have tirelessly worked together and taken on many challenges associated with the project", said Sybill Storz.
In his speech on the development of the KARL STORZ Visitor Centre, Karl-Christian Storz commented: "I believe this is an excellent example of what makes German small and medium-sized businesses successful the ability to make rapid decisions and to respond to changes in a very flexible manner. I mean no offense when I claim that in some large corporations, it would take seven months just for the plan to pass through all committees."
Following the official speeches, the visitors were able to experience the new KARL STORZ Visitor Centre first hand.
