After submitting the defective product for repair, the customer will receive an original KARL STORZ replacement product within a very short timeframe. This eliminates the waiting times required for standard repairs.

If you would like an exchange, please select this option in the return form. If necessary, we will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate before exchanging the defective product.

In order to minimize possible downtime, we offer an advance replacement service. You will receive a replacement product at original manufacturer quality before submitting the defective product for repair.

Please note that we are unable to provide a cost estimate for repairs using the advance exchange procedure.

Individual and damage-specific repairs to the submitted product is performed. Costs are determined after a thorough inspection and cost estimate.
With the help of KARL STORZ original spare parts, the original performance parameters are restored.
If you would like an individual repair, please select this option in the repair exchange form. If required, we will be happy to send you a cost estimate in advance for your approval.
