Rektoskopie und Proktoskopie sind etablierte Methoden zur Diagnostik und Therapie bei Erkrankungen des Enddarms. Highlights
E.P.Si.T – Endoskopische Behandlung des Sinus Pilonidalis
Der Sinus pilonidalis ist eine akute oder chronisch verlaufende Entzündung im subkutanen Fettgewebe, überwiegend im Bereich der Steißbeinregion1. Die E.P.Si.T. – Endoskopische Behandlung des Sinus Pilonidalis – verläuft in zwei Phasen. In der ersten – diagnostischen – Phase erfolgt die Inspektion der Sinuskavität sowie der Sinusgänge. In der zweiten – therapeutischen – Phase erfolgt die Ablation der Abszesshöhle und Obliteration der Fistelgänge2. Beide Phasen werden unter direkter endoskopischer Kontrolle durchgeführt.

Videogestützte Behandlung von Fisteln im Analbereich
Die VAAFT-Technik eignet sich sowohl zur operativen Behandlung von komplexen Analfisteln als auch von Rezidiven. Die V.A.A.F.T. – Videogestützte Behandlung von Analfisteln – verläuft in zwei Phasen. In der ersten – diagnostischen – Phase erfolgt die Inspektion des Fistelganges und die Detektion der inneren Fistelöffnung. In der zweiten – therapeutischen – Phase erfolgt die komplette Zerstörung des Fistelepithels. Beide Phasen werden unter direkter endoskopischer Kontrolle durchgeführt.
