MULTIPOINT 3.0 measuring system

The KARL STORZ MULTIPOINT 3.0 measurement technology is based on microprojectors that generate structured light points on the surface to be measured. The measured light point data are converted into 3D coordinates that span the surface to be measured. Thanks to structured illumination, textureless and shiny surfaces can be easily measured as well. For rapid generation of the 3D data, the TECHNO PACK® T LED software is additionally supported by proprietary algorithms. With this patented measurement technology, KARL STORZ has been supporting rapid, precise, and accurate endoscopic inspections for more than 10 years. With the new software update 3.0, you will particularly benefit from the following advantages:

T-SCOPE videoendoscopy system

The TECHNO PORT serves as a portable, compact documentation system with integrated 7" display and offers comprehensive connection options as well as many helpful functions for efficient visual inspection. Thanks to the dual endoscope interface, users can choose between connecting the videoscope or the T-CAM in combination with borescopes or flexoscopes. It is easy to switch between the two imaging systems by the simple push of a button.

For stationary inspection workstations, the plug & play imaging system TECHNO HUB is an alternative to the TECHNO PORT. With the TECHNO HUB and the KARL STORZ video editor, PC or laptop workstations can be very easily upgraded to stationary inspection workstations.

The mobile and flexible use of endoscopic equipment has become a trademark of KARL STORZ Industrial Group. To complement the existing range of mobile documentation and measuring systems, our company now for the first time offers an endoscope to smartphone adapter suitable for the rapid and spontaneous inspection and documentation in non-destructive visual inspections.

In combination with the rigid and flexible industrial endoscopes from KARL STORZ, the adapter offers a rapid and inexpensive way of recording and storing endoscopic images and videos and, if desired, to send them to third parties directly via the smartphone. This allows identifying and documenting defects more rapidly and providing any necessary support from anywhere.

4.4 mm MULTIPOINT Videoscope

In the smallest see & measure videoscope on the global market, KARL STORZ combines top quality and technology. The MULTIPOINT measuring system allows users to inspect and measure with a single attachment, which is a great advantage. There is no need to switch attachments when performing different steps. The short, flexible tip that can be deflected by 140° in four directions enables the thorough inspection even of hard-to-view spaces and provides the user with impressively bright and sharp images for unexpected insights into the inspected components.
