Office Hysteroscopy – Identification of the Squamocolumnar Junction (SCJ)
- Endocervicoscopy is indicated in patients with suspected endocervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
- By definition these are patients with T-zone type 3 and an abnormal smear or ECC.
- Treatment is not determined based on morphometric rules but on morphologic findings in the individual patient.
- Thus, individualized treatment is possible.
