KARL STORZ has always set great store by maintaining a close relationship with its customers. This is why we endeavor to provide our customers with the best possible service in the daily use of their endoscopes, instruments and devices at all times.

There are three basic ways for customers to avail themselves of KARL STORZ Service:

On-site service
Our employees are pleased to provide assistance in person at your place of business at any time, no matter what field of medicine you work in, to discuss specific questions in depth with the users concerned and to work out possible solutions together.

Further training programs for physicians, service technicians and clinic personnel are held regularly at our training center in Tuttlingen. Individual training on-site can also be arranged. more

EndoProtect1™ gives you further information on the potential for improvement in connection with individually developed concepts for instrument maintenance and stock control. more

Under Hygienics, you will find information on instrument cleaning, disinfection and sterilization, as well as on specific solutions for efficient storage all throughout processing. more
