Warranty and guarantee

For KARL STORZ, the guarantee is considered important and it is therefore being continually improved.
For 2 years from the date of the final delivery to the customer, in the case of provable faulty material or poor manufacturing, we replace free of charge.

Please note the following:
Unauthorized repairs and modifications to instruments carried out by unqualified personnel, release us from any liability for their operating safety and any guarantee will become ineffective.

We are not responsible for transport costs and shipping risks.
Otherwise, the guarantee in our General Terms of Business is valid.
