Ascertaining the current situation
The current situation of the instruments stock of a department or the entire establishment gives information about the current status of the instruments. The condition of each individual instrument is assessed on the basis of defined criteria. This is done on site, working closely with the hospital staff responsible.
From this a tray audit report is produced, which contains a complete list, in figures and graphics, of the current situation of your establishment’s instruments. Evaluating all departments makes it possible to split up the costs for each individual functional department in your establishment.
KARL STORZ also offers you the option of drawing up tray lists for the audited trays. You are given these both on paper and in an electronic file, so that you can also keep the tray lists up to date in the future.
