Special uses in Quality Control
The term quality assurance is very broad. In principle, every company that manufactures components, conducts, monitors or repairs machinery, practices some kind of quality assurance. The fields of application for our endoscopes are therefore very versatile and will certainly not all be included in the following list.
The term quality assurance is very broad. In principle, every company that manufactures components, conducts, monitors or repairs machinery, practices some kind of quality assurance. The fields of application for our endoscopes are therefore very versatile and will certainly not all be included in the following list.
In principle, an endoscope can be used in 99% of all cases in every bore hole or opening of an object in order to check the performance/quality. Even exceptional physical conditions (such as extremely high pressure and/or temperatures) do not represent any problem for our endoscopes. Simply ask our expert advisor.
Control of turning work piece: The search for chips, assessment of surfaces etc. The majority of customers wish to examine bore holes. For this purpose we offer a large choice of inspection systems, both flexible and inflexible, which can even be operated with a camera and documentation system such as our TECHNO PACK™.
Control of cast parts: This mainly concerns the search for nuclear residue, shrinking, and freedom from burs. Here, our videoscopes sometimes provide breathtaking images. However, rigid systems linked to camera systems are also used for this purpose.
Control of welded seam: Here again, we have tried and tested systems for the verification of, for example defects, colours etc. which are in every day use.
