The VITOM® 20 System for Cardiovascular Surgery

Outstanding depth of field, contrast, magnification and an excellent colour rendering play an important role in cardiac and vascular surgery.
KARL STORZ offers the VITOM® 20 system for the visualization from outside the body to fulfil these requirements. In combination with the KARL STORZ Full HD camera system, the VITOM® 20 system allows an excellent Full HD broadcasting and recording. The VITOM® 20 system is based on the worldwide approved HOPKINS® II rod lens system from KARL STORZ and it has an integrated illumination. Thanks to the slim and compact design, the VITOM® does not interfere with the surgical field and the use of long instruments is possible. This offers the surgeon enough space to work without difficulties. On the Full HD Monitor the brilliant, augmented image can be seen by the surgeon, the assistants and the OR staff.
