KARL STORZ OR1™ ESSENTIAL
The First Step in OR Integration
The main idea of KARL STORZ OR1™ ESSENTIAL is to offer a flexible routing system with focus on the ESSENTIAL functions to satisfy requirements for a first step solution from KARL STORZ.
It is a perfect completion for clinics and hospitals that want to integrate routing systems to small operation rooms but have only a small budget to fit them. Demands like cost-efficiency, user-friendliness and modularity are fulfilled and fused together in the ESSENTIAL.
Options:
- DVI-D Option: Upgrade to FULL HD routing, ensuring that pictures from the KARL STORZ IMAGE 1 HD can be displayed in full size and quality.
- HD-SDI Option: For the routing of HD systems with HD-SDI signals.
- Room Camera: The KARL STORZ room camera can be integrated for routing the images and control the camera from the touch screen.
- Streaming Option: Easy handling and integration supported as ESSENTIAL is compatible to the streaming solutions KARL STORZ OR1™ STREAMCONNECT® II and SMARTCONNECT. Signals will be transmitted in the hospital LAN and the video stream can be shown e.g. to students in an auditorium or in a doctor's office.

Audio Option: The audio option adds audio talkback to the STREAMCONNECT® II so that bidirectional audio communication is possible. It offers also the possibility to attach equipment such as microphones, MP3-Players or loudspeakers.
