Located in South America’s biggest country and most important economy and healthcare market, the KARL STORZ marketing office in Sao Paulo, Brazil provides Marketing & Sales Support for the whole region. Bringing KARL STORZ closer to our customers in addition to the activities of our distributor was the main motivation for its foundation in April 2009, making sure that customer needs and expectations are not only met but surpassed, and guaranteeing excellent service levels by our distribution partners. The office in Sao Paulo is equipped with a fully functional OR1™ showroom and a comprehensive range of products is available for demonstration and training purposes. A multidisciplinary training center with 7 workstations allows us to train customers, technicians and sales personnel in our own facility as well as conducting training courses in cooperation with teaching institutions.
