SAWALHE II SUPERCUT Morcellator

With the SAWALHE II SUPERCUT Morcellator from now on there is a morcellator system available, which sets new standards where ergonomy and safety is concerned.

Thanks to the radiused recessed grip, the handle of the morcellator can be hold very ergonomically and safely by the operator.

To increase safety already during the insertion of the morcellator, the SUPERCUT comes with a spiral obturator, which is screwed under laparoscopic sight through a small incision into the abdomen. Thereby the risk of vascular injuries is considerably reduced because the different abdominal layers are displaced with minimal damage of tissue. During insertion of the morcellator into the abdomen, the blade is positioned in the sheath in a secured state and is not moved out until the morcellator is in the abdomen. Thus injuries caused by the blade during insertion can be avoided.

The distal nose of the sheath enables the so called „Peeling Effect“, which ensures a fast and efficient extraction of the morcellated tissue.
 
Due to the double seal system gas loss during insertion/removal of the instrument is minimized.

The SAWALHE II SUPERCUT Morcellator is available in 12 mm or 15 mm of diameter.
