The new KARL STORZ F3 Camera Head – Especially Designed for the Requirements in ENT and Arthroscopy
The unique design and technical features of our F3 Camera Head provide the best conditions to meet your requirements in ENT, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine.
A range of unique features that have been optimized for ENT, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine:
- Digital 3-CCD Camera Head ensures best image quality and natural image colors.
- Lightweight and Ergonomic Design - Due to weight reduction, optimized weight balance and improved anatomical fitting to the human hand, the camera head is an ergonomical working tool that allows you to work over a long period without fatigue. This enables an intuitive camera navigation.
- Precise Colors through automatic and manual white balance.
- Highest Light Sensitivity - High-End CCD technology ensures best view even in difficult light conditions.
- Exclusive Exposure Control in addition to the three proven basic exposure settings Low, Medium and High, the camera head also offers the optimized setting “Peak” for low-contrast and bright site conditions such as in cartilage, mucosa and bone tissue. This setting prevents overexposure of small bright areas. The mode recognizes such overexposed areas in an endoscopic image and darkens them. The exposure of the rest of the image remains unchanged. This optimizes lighting conditions and avoids darkening of the background.
- Vertical Mounted Camera Control Buttons enable intuitive handling for procedures in ENT, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine.
- Fixed focus length for a bright image with ideal image size when using individual scope diameters for every speciality.
