Gearbox:
Inspect the condition of gears and bearings with minimal effort.

Motors:
Our specially adapted, compact Motoscope and Autoscope Sets for all motor types can be used to check valves, body parts, the condition of cylinder walls and piston heads, etc. This inspection does not require disassembly and saves considerable time.

Cast parts and other vehicle-specific components:
Our endoscopes facilitate the search for impurities, e.g., in oil ducts, water cooling jackets, and manifolds. Additionally, the endoscopic images can be transferred to a monitor via an adapted camera. Using fluorescence diagnostics, special UV endoscopes or UV videoscopes can be used to precisely and easily inspect weld seams and check for corrosion.

Vehicle body:
Inspection and assessment of the status of cavities and body parts, such as wiring harnesses, search for corrosion.

Research and development:
KARL STORZ combustion chamber endoscopy has significantly contributed to the visualization of the flow behavior in combustion engines during the combustion process, paving the way for the development of efficient engines. These high performance endoscopes can be used at temperatures of up to 600 °C, and they transmit wavelengths in the visible and UVA range.
