Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of customer service within KSVEA. Manages customer calls to internal and external customers. Performs all phases of order processing. Provides technical support. Oversees the materials management functions.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years customer service supervisory experience required with previous experience in materials management, or equivalent.
- Requires strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to provide leadership to the customer service department.
- Must possess the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- SAP experience a plus.
