Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Performs all phases of customer service including: handling customer calls, answering customer questions, resolving issues for both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Will receive orders from the sales force or directly from the customer, input the order into the integrated SAP database system, create packing lists and generate documentation for accounting.
Requirements:
- HS diploma with 3-5 years related experience.
- College degree preferred.
- Successful candidate will have strong planning and organization skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize a variety of tasks and initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Must possess the ability to think analytically and derive methods to enhance the sales and image of KSVEA.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Act database experience required.
- SAP experience a plus.
