Business Analyst

Provides SAP support for North America Region users primarily in the Controlling module. Conducts troubleshooting activities to isolate and correct simple to complex system malfunctions or user issues in following processes and performing transactions. Proposes changes and configuration to system features and functions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the region’s operations. Maintains close contact with user groups in developing business requirements. Completes documentation, manages tasks and reports the status of system projects that may affect one or more functional areas of the region. Tests system enhancements, features and new functionality utilizing rigorous region-wide integration and regression methodology.

• BS degree with 5+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst in an SAP environment with emphasis on the Controlling module.
• Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of Accounting principles.
• SAP Certification preferred. Familiarity with BASIS and technical tools desirable. Previous Production Planning experience a plus.
