Businesswoman of the year 2004 - “Prix Veuve Clicquot”
Sybill Storz was awarded the “Prix Veuve Clicquot” on March 1, 2005. As the 21st award winner in Germany, she was honored with the title which is awarded by the champagne manufacturer to successful businesswomen in 15 countries who have accomplished great feats.
Sybill Storz was presented with the trophy by Cécile Bonnefond, the first female president of the Maison Veuve Clicquot since “la Veuve”, at celebrations held in Munich.
According to the jury:
Sybill Storz is “living proof that successful entrepreneurship does not necessarily mean submitting to the short-lived laws of the international stock exchange”.
